Delivering 14 freehold lots on a site heavily constrained by overland flow was no small challenge. Leveraging the expertise of Contour’s in-house flood modelling team, we developed a drainage solution that removed overland flow constraints from most of the site, unlocking valuable development potential.
Our team also successfully demonstrated that stormwater detention was not required, helping to further optimise the yield and overall project outcome.
